Bonus points are an internal service currency credited to the driver upon registration. They are used to pay the service commission when completing orders.
How do I get bonus points?
Bonus points are credited automatically once — upon the driver's first registration in the system. The bonus amount is set by the service administration.
What are bonus points spent on?
Points are spent on paying the service commission when accepting and completing orders. Bonus points are deducted first, and when they run out — the commission is charged from the wallet (in $).
What happens when bonus points run out?
After all bonus points are fully spent, the service commission starts being charged from the driver's internal wallet in real currency ($).
Can I top up bonus points?
Bonus points are credited only once at registration. They cannot be topped up additionally. You can top up your wallet in real currency in the "Finance" section of the driver app.
Can I withdraw bonus points?
No, bonus points cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money. They are intended only for paying the service commission.
Where can I see the bonus points balance?
The bonus points balance is displayed in the driver app: in the profile and in the "Finance" section. The history of credits and charges is also available there.
